Alumni and Friends
WTU has begun using a new Internet website to allow fellow alumni to reconnect with each other and keep in touch. LinkedIn allows individuals to keep up to date with their colleagues and ensure they stay in touch. Many organziations use LinkedIn to enable their employees or alumni to connect with each other and share stories and information. Many people have found old classmates and friends using this innovative website.
WTU has created a new group on the LinkedIn website for all WTU alumni. Once an individual has joined the LinkedIn service (it's free to set up an account) the individual can join the WTU group and begin to communicate with all other WTU alumni in the group.

Please follow the link above to open the LinkedIn homepage and join the WTU Group on LinkedIn. If you are not a registered LinkedIn user follow the instructions listed below under the NEW USER heading. If you are already a registered LinkedIn user please skip to the REGISTERED USER section below.
New User
If you have never used LinkedIn before you will need to first register and set up an account on the LinkedIn homepage. This is very easy to do by simply following the instructions on the LinkedIn homepage. Once you have set up your account select the Groups link in the left hand column of your new profile page. Once you have arrived at the Groups page, select the "Groups Directory" tab at the top of the webpage. Now, you can search for the Washington Theological Union group. Simply type "Washington Theological Union" into the box under "Search Groups" on the right hand side of the page. LinkedIn will then produce a page with the Washington Theolgoical Union Group. Click on the Join Group option and follow the directions. Once finished WTU will receive a notification from you asking to join the group. We will enter you into the group and you can begin to reconnect with other WTU alumni!!! Its that easy!
Registered User
If you already have a LinkedIn account please sign into your account at the home page. Select the Groups option in the left hand column of your profile page.
